I am an ambitious woman of courage

I like to be a career woman and I think it’s a part of my identity. I have excelled very well from the beginning of my career. The praise, appreciations, rewards and quick promotions were all the visible impressions of that. But off-lately I faced so many work related issues which seemed to affect my confidence and I found myself veered away from my goals. And when crisis rang the bell, I remained sulk. But the spunk within me was never ready to let it go. I have decided to have confidence in myself. I have to make my own prudent decisions, and be articulate, sensible and stay with them. There are so many times a working mom feels guilty or is made to feel guilty (sometimes by your own dear ones) when she has to leave her child with someone else as she heads for work.
